Troop 223 Welcomes you to our Website !

Welcome! We are an active troop of 15-20 boys that meets Monday evenings at the Windermere Union Church.  The boys have planned a fun year filled with camping, hiking, biking, paddling and service activities. Scout leadership, the patrol method, advancement and the outdoors are at the core of our program. Troop 223 has a long history of scouting in the Windermere, Ocoee and Gotha communities that goes back to the late 1920s. I myself am a Troop 223 Eagle Scout! We hope you'll consider joining us along the trail!

If you would like to visit or join our Troop or just learn more about us click on the "Contact Us" link and send us a message.

Park Dedication and Easter Egg Hunt

Posted on Mar 17 2024 - 7:56pm

All - the Jones' family is requesting assistance at a park dedication and Easter egg hunt at Beach River Park on Beach River Rd in Summerport the morning of March 30th. The park is being renamed Addison Park in honor of a young lady who recently lost her battle with cancer. This is a great opportunity for service hours and to be a part of a lovely event. Please RSVP directly to Mrs. Jones - 508-769-6111. Be sure to copy me or your parent if you're a scout texting her.
